A: No, you don't have to leave your house. Obviously, it will be louder than normal with work being done on your roof. Most customers choose to go somewhere else until the job is complete.

Q: How do you calculate the amount of shingles I will need for my roof?

A: We will measure the square footage of your roof, consider in key factors like valleys, ridges, pitch and other unique portions of your roof, and do what we can to limit overall shingle cost as much as possible. We can also use EagleView Technology to get full satellite images and measurements of your roof, if necessary.

Q: Why is there discoloring in my roof?

A: The two most common reasons are overhanging trees and algae growth.

Q: What kind of ventilation can I use on my roof?

A: The type of ventilation you will need will depend on the shape of your roof. We offer solar, turtle and ridge vent options, with the ridge vent being the most commonly used vent by our customers.

Q: My home was damaged by hail, what is the turn time to fix this?

A: Turnaround time will depend specifically on your insurance company adjuster. Once you have that price and if the necessary shingles are available, it will take one of our crews 1-2 days to fix your roof.

A: Call us! After that, we can come meet with you to discuss your roof, provide a free estimate and talk through options for the job.

A: Yes, we can even meet with the insurance adjuster after your claim is filed to help you better understand what is being paid for by your insurance and what will be owed by you.
